Age limit, sickness and pregnancy

We welcome passengers from the age of 12 on our tours. If chartered boat or RIB taxi, we may takeyounger passengers and adapt speed after your request.We advise pregnant women and people with back and neck problems from not travelling with us.

Safety

Before we start the tour, a safety briefing is performed for all passengers. Passengers will be able tocommunicate to the crew throughout the tour.The boat is equipped with safety equipment, such as fire extinguishers, flares and first aid kit, as well asnavigation equipment in the form of radar and plotters.

Clothing + weather

We drive in all weathers provided there is no obvious safety risk. Our boats and guests are equipped towithstand all kinds of weather. We have overalls, googles, hats and gloves to keep everyone warm andcomfortable. In case of cancellation due to security reasons, no charge is payable, however, it is not possible tocancel due to “bad weather”.

Insurance

The boat and passengers are insured through Atlantica.

Crew

Our crew has at least Ship’s officers Class VIII and handling fast ships (HSF) certificates.

Cancellation

Free cancellation must be made no later than 30 days before the time of the departure. 30- 14 daysprior to the time of the departure 50% of the agreed price will be charged. In case of later cancellationor no-shows the full amount will be charged.

Force majeure

Events beyond the control of Charterbolaget (strike, heavy fog or wind, thunder etc.) that make itimpossible to conduct the tour – gives the right to cancel the tour without liability. In those cases 100%of the event will be refunded.

Court cases

Any disputes that arise between the parties to this agreement shall be dealt with in accordance withSwedish Law.
